I begun on my personal pilates journey at 13 years old, and immediately became obsessed with how it combines the things I enjoy the most: art, movement, structure in patterns, and community.I tend to approach people and experiences with a curious and optimistic attitude, and love finding new opportunities to improve skills. As a Pilates instructor and fascia stretch therapist, I’m able to combine these attributes into a form of expression through stretch and exercice to help people find awareness in their own bodies. I am at my happiest in a dance, pilates, or art studio. My approach as an instructor uses an artistic eye for detail combined with knowledge of anatomy and fascia lines.

I personally love any reformer exercice done in a plank position, as well as the exercise we’ve nicknamed “the glute destroyers”
